Description

The Sig Sauer ALPHA6 ring set mounts a riflescope with a 34mm main tube to an M1913 Picatinny or Weaver style rail. This is the high height version, which places the center of the scope 1.12 inches above the top of the rail. Sig also offers this 34mm ring in medium and extra high (1.25 inch) heights, so check which height your scope and rifle combination needs before ordering.

Each ring is machined from billet aluminum, listed by Sig as 6061-T6, and finished in a flat black Type III hard anodize. The fasteners are hardened steel with a black oxide coating. Sig describes the alloy as ductile enough to conform to the scope tube without marking it when installed correctly. The rings add no built in cant, so they sit at 0 MOA. The added height gives extra room under the scope for a larger objective lens or a taller cheek position.

Installation uses a 1/2 inch socket on the rail clamp nuts and a T15 Torx bit on the ring cap screws. Sig specifies 65 inch pounds to the rail and 25 inch pounds on the scope. A scope leveling tool kit comes with this ring set to help square the reticle during mounting. The rings are covered by the Sig Sauer Infinite Guarantee.
