Description

The Sig Sauer ALPHA3 is a one-piece scope mount that carries both rings on a single machined base. This configuration fits riflescopes with a 30mm main tube and positions the center of the optic 1.535 inches above the top of the rail, a height widely used on flat-top AR-pattern rifles. It is a 0 MOA mount, so it adds no elevation cant of its own.

The body is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and the mount is fitted with titanium hardware, a combination chosen to keep weight down while holding the scope securely. It attaches to an M1913 Picatinny rail. Published torque values for the ALPHA3 are 65 in/lbs for the 1/2 inch rail nuts and 25 in/lbs for the T15 Torx ring screws, so it can be installed consistently with a torque wrench.

This is the black 30mm version. The ALPHA3 is also made for 34mm tubes and in flat dark earth, and those are separate part numbers that do not interchange with this one. Confirm that your scope has a 30mm main tube and that a 1.535 inch centerline height leaves enough room for the objective lens over your rail and handguard before ordering.
