Description
The Holosun IRIS-ARC is a dedicated infrared illuminator built for serious night-vision use, delivering controlled, high-output IR light from close-quarters distances out to extended observation ranges. Built around a high-output IR VCSEL emitter, it produces a clean, uniform beam — free of the hotspot-and-ring artifacts common to LED illuminators — and adjusts on the fly from a tight 3° spot to a wide 40° flood via a top-mounted slider, with output scalable from 20 to 260 mW.
An aspherical lens group keeps the beam crisp across the full range, while automatic brightness control regulates output as the beam angle changes for consistent intensity at every setting. The IRIS-ARC activates via a rear push-button or the included Crane-plug pressure pad, mounts through a standard Scout-pattern interface, and runs on a single CR123A battery. Its hard-anodized 7075-T6 aluminum housing carries an IPX8 waterproof rating and a 1000G vibration rating for dependable performance in rain, dust, and recoil.
