Description
The full-size Adamas is a knife plenty of people admire and few carry daily, because six and a half ounces is a lot to hang off a pocket. The Mini fixes that without softening the design. Same 0.14 inch blade stock, same oversized hardware, same thick textured G10, same reinforced AXIS lock, in a package that closes at 4.37 inches.
The 3.25 inch blade is the sweet spot for a hard-use folder that still has to do ordinary cutting. MagnaCut is the reason it works: it takes the punishment the Adamas design invites without the rust problems a tool steel would bring, so it can live in a pocket or a pack through weather without babysitting.

Common Questions
Mini or full-size Adamas?
The Mini gives up 0.57 inch of blade and about two ounces, and does not include the MOLLE sheath the full size ships with. Take the Mini if it needs to ride in a pocket, the full size if it lives on a pack or belt.
Does the thick blade hurt cutting performance?
Somewhat, yes. At 0.14 inch it will wedge in deep material more than a thin EDC blade. That is the trade for a knife you can lean on, and it still slices ordinary material without complaint.
What is LifeSharp?
Benchmade will clean, oil, adjust and resharpen your knife to a factory edge for free, for as long as you own it. You cover shipping to them.
