The lock is great. But there customer service sucks. They never answer the phone and it took up to 3 or 4 days before anyone answered my email. I emailed before I purchased 10 locks to see if I could get them keyed alike so I don’t have to have a ring of keys on me when I got to put out cameras and to retrieve them. I was told they could just email them after purchase. So when the locks came, they weren’t all keyed alike, and had a bag of extra keys. So I emailed them and had to send them back. So I will have to wait and see if I do get my locks all keyed alike. I don’t know if it was because of the holiday season only time will tell. I love the locks it’s a great design. High recommended this product if you have multiple cameras.

So far I really like it only thing is the color sticks out like a sore thumb. If they were camouflage it would be outstanding. I will be painting mine this coming summer.

Lockable Strap For Trail Cameras - Steel Reinforced

The steel reinforced lockable strap itself so far seems secure, reliable, and durable. I paid only $19.99 for it plus tax, compared $39.99 elsewhere. I would give 5 stars, except for the fact that I was only provided with a single shipping option: 2 day expedited shipping. This cost me an additional $15, whereas the $39.99 option was free shipping. So overall I only saved a few bucks. On top of that, I wasn't happy about the fact that my expensive 2 day shipping was anything but fast. I ordered on the 3rd and didn't get it until the 12th. That's 6 business days plus a Sunday and a whole weekend and most of a Monday. Due to bad weather after it arrived, this really delayed me in getting my trail cam put up where I wanted it. This comes after the fact I had searched for days trying to compare prices and such and only found it here on FreedomSalesUSA and on Amazon - fulfilled by FreedomSalesUSA - and so I emailed about whether there were other shipping options and that took about half a week for a response, but at the same time at least I did get a reply. Overall, I AM happy with the purchase, I just wish things would have been a little quicker.
