Description
The Defender family covers three genuinely different jobs rather than three sizes of the same optic. The Defender-CCW is the carry choice at 0.92 ounces, slim enough to keep a draw from under clothing smooth. The Defender-ST is the all rounder, equally at home on a handgun, a shotgun or offset on a carbine, and it carries the longest runtime at 25,000 hours plus a Glock MOS plate in the box. The Defender-XL is the competition optic, built around an oversized window for speed between targets. Before ordering, check two things against your firearm: the mounting footprint and the battery. The ST and XL share the DeltaPoint Pro footprint and are interchangeable on the same slide cut. The CCW uses a different footprint and will not fit a DeltaPoint Pro cut without an adapter plate.
