Description
Wind is the one variable that makes or breaks a whitetail sit, and a weather app only tells you what the wind is doing at the nearest airport. The Tactacam REVEAL Wind Sensor fixes that by measuring wind speed and direction at the exact spot your trail camera is hanging and sending the readings straight to the REVEAL App.
Set the sensor near your REVEAL camera, pair it wirelessly, and it starts logging. Open the app for a live wind check, scroll back to see how the wind behaved overnight, or compare the on-the-ground reading against the forecast before you decide which stand to hunt. It is the difference between guessing and knowing.
The compact, rugged housing is built for year-round deployment and mounts to any standard T-post with the included bracket. Three AA batteries keep it running for up to a year, so you can set it in the summer and still be pulling wind data in late season.
Works with REVEAL Pro 4.0, X 4.0, Pro 4.0 Solar, Ultra, Pro 3.0 and X 3.0 cameras. REVEAL 3.0 models need a firmware update first. An additional REVEAL subscription is required for the Wind Sensor.
