Helpful answers for new REVEAL camera customers.

Where do I download the REVEAL app?
Download the official Tactacam REVEAL app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After installing, use the app to scan your camera QR code and activate your camera.
How do I purchase a data plan?
Open the REVEAL app, go to Cameras, select the camera you want to activate, then follow the prompts to add a monthly or yearly plan. You can also manage plans through the REVEAL web portal.
Can I pause my plan during the off-season?
Yes. Log in to the REVEAL app or web portal, go to subscriptions, select the camera, and choose Pause. Xtra is separate and must be turned off separately if you do not want it renewing.
Can I share my camera with someone else?
Yes. In the REVEAL app, open the camera settings, choose Share Camera, and invite your partner by email. They need their own REVEAL account, and sharing does not change your plan cost.
Does selecting Pro mean I am locked into a yearly commitment?
Not automatically. Monthly and annual options are separate. Customers should confirm the billing option selected in the app or portal before checkout.
Why does my REVEAL 3.0 show External Power?
For 3.0 models, the Battery Center may prioritize the external power source, such as a solar panel or battery belt. Seeing External indicates the camera is drawing from the connected external power source.
